Pole Barn Spray Foam in Manitoba

Pole barn and post-frame spray foam for Manitoba shops and agricultural buildings. Seal walls and ceilings with closed-cell foam before winter hits.

Pole Barn Spray Foam. Green Home Insulation

Post-frame shops and barns need a sealed envelope if you heat them. We spray closed-cell foam on walls and interiors so agricultural and rural buildings around Winnipeg stay workable through winter.

Steel buildings especially benefit. Foam reduces condensation that forms when warm indoor air hits cold metal. Book early in the season; demand rises before freeze-up.

Heated shops need a sealed envelope

A post-frame building is mostly open framing and thin cladding. Heat the inside and the warm air goes straight through the walls and roof unless the envelope is sealed.

Closed-cell foam sprayed on the inside of the walls and roof deck insulates and air-seals the building in one pass, which is what makes a shop usable for work through a Manitoba winter.

    Walls, ceilings and roof decks

We foam the assemblies that matter for your heat plan.

    Walls

Post-frame walls are the first assembly to seal on a heated shop. Closed-cell foam insulates the wall and cuts the air leakage that lets heat out.

    Ceilings and roof decks

On heated shops we often foam the ceiling or the underside of the roof deck as well, so warm air is not lost through the top of the building.

On the Rosser pump house in our portfolio, a 4-inch closed-cell application on the walls and the underside of the roof air-sealed a small utility building that would otherwise freeze equipment in a Prairie winter.

    Condensation on steel

Closed-cell foam is commonly used on post-frame and steel buildings to insulate and reduce condensation on cold metal.

    Book before freeze-up

Demand rises before freeze-up, and cold weather can limit spray windows on outdoor-exposed builds. Book early in the season.
